China is actively promoting the transformation from a manufacturing power to a manufacturing powerhouse and from “made in China” to “created in China”. This requires a series of reforms in the field of scientific and technological innovation in the universities such as on the engineering education concept, talent training mode, professional discipline structure. Taking the life and science base class of Shenyang Pharmaceutical University as an example, the authors explore the implementation of the "3+x" pluralistic innovative talents training program based on OBE (Outcome-Based Education) as the core of engineering education in the context of new engineering disciplines. It lays the foundation for the cultivation of cutting-edge innovative engineering talents in the field of biopharmaceuticals in the future.

Abstract105)      PDF(pc) (521KB)(243)       Save
The establishment of pharmaceutical talents training mode should be guided by the demand of industry, establish the mindset of new pharmacy under the new medical science, and change from focusing on scale and quantity to focusing on structure, quality, efficiency and integration between industry and education. Currently, the prominent problems faced in demand-oriented pharmaceutical talents training include relatively single talent training mode, the need to strengthen social service ability, incomplete curriculum system and serious disconnection from practical needs. In the meanwhile, the standards for talent evaluation from the demand side and supply side are not unified. In order to achieve the goal of demand-oriented pharmaceutical talents training, the author's college has implemented a series of measures in pharmaceutical talents training under the background of supply-side reform, such as strengthening the teaching staff development, reforming the student management mode, and implementing the joint training bases.

Through analyzing the characteristics of the Analytical Chemistry and the current situation of differentiated teaching, this paper discusses the design and practice of differentiated teaching reform in Analytical Chemistry from the aspects of teaching teams, design of teaching content and form, process evaluation and the realization of teaching design under the background of reduced class hours. Differentiated teaching reform in Analytical Chemistry should focus on “basic knowledge + professional atmosphere” and “online and offline mixed teaching”. It enables students to progressively learn theories and consolidate and expand professional knowledge under the guidance of course learning process maps, thereby establish confidence in learning and professional interests. Regarding corresponding process evaluation, the evaluation mode adopted can promote students to achieve their own high standards and levels, achieving the purpose of evaluation.

Implementing talent cultivation as the core, creating a diversified classroom with a hybrid teaching mode of online and offline under the‘Internet+’background and constructing a student-centered teaching system have become the core tasks of educational teaching reform in colleges and universities at this stage. Aiming at the students of the applied clinical pharmacy major, with the goal of cultivating ‘evidence-based thinking that follows clinical evidence and takes actual therapeutic effect as the standard,’ we explore the classroom reform of "online and offline integration + multiple methods + whole-process evaluation" to achieve the transformation from ‘teacher-led’ to ‘student-centered’, from ‘single teaching method’ to ‘multi-channel independent learning’, from ‘terminal assessment’ to ‘emphasizing whole process’. This enables students to deeply implant and preliminarily apply evidence-based thinking in the process of autonomous learning, autonomous thinking, daring to question, and daring to explore, ultimately enhancing the comprehensive quality and professional competence of talent cultivation in the clinical pharmacy major.

Abstract58)      PDF(pc) (829KB)(143)       Save
The construction and design content of vocational ability assessment effectively enhance the social competitiveness of medical students majoring in rehabilitation therapy. There is a growing emphasis on the cultivation of practical skills in medical students’ rehabilitation, aiming to provide reference for the implementation of an effective assessment model in Human Kinematics teaching. At present, the main problems in the training of medical students' practical skills are mainly reflected in the lack of awareness, unreasonable curriculum setting and insufficient atmosphere. Drawing on the views of international medical education organizations, it is proposed to enhance the emphasis on practical skills, establish a student-centered training concept, innovate teaching methods, conduct diverse practical skills training activities, emphasize the application of new technologies, and propose a "virtual-real combination" to construct a professional skill training system for medical students.

In the construction of the first-class course "Outline of Modern Chinese History" in Liaoning Province, an immersive teaching mode that transforms the textbook system into a teaching system was explored. Immersive teaching emphasizes involvement and sense of experience, allowing students to immerse themselves mentally and physically, breaking through the dilemma of achieving the expected teaching effect of ideological and political courses. Four aspects are used to build immersive teaching: bringing the red genes of school history into the classroom to evoke empathy of values; reconstructing teaching sequences with problem chains to stimulate speculative resonance; naming teaching topics with Mao Zedong's poetry to ignite artistic empathy and producing historical drama scenes to facilitate practical sharing.

Abstract108)      PDF(pc) (396KB)(95)       Save
With the rapid development of biopharmaceutical industry, the demand for talents is increasing. To meet this demand, cooperative education between universities and enterprises has become a trend. Along with the social progress, there is an increasing demand for talents with real professional skills. However, students trained by traditional teaching mode often fail to meet the market expectations. If an enterprise wants to develop, it needs to continuously absorb fresh talents, and college students are a good choice. The combination of universities and enterprises can not only optimize teaching and improve the quality of education and talents training, but also be extremely beneficial to the progress and development of enterprises. This "win-win" strategy will undoubtedly thrive in China. It is of great significance to explore the cooperative training mode of biopharmaceutical between universities and enterprises. It is also expected to provide reference for the development of related fields.
