YUAN Xiaoliang, WU Xiaoxiao
RESEARCHES IN HIGHER EDUCATION OF PHARMACY    2024, 42 (2): 91-100.
Abstract202)      PDF(pc) (1152KB)(1205)       Save
Based on the 906 CSSCI journal papers published from 2017 to 2022 with “ideological and political education” as the main theme, literature metrology and knowledge map analysis were carried out to explore the development trend and hot spot of research on "ideological and political education" in China. The results showed that "ideological and political education" was a research topic with high attention in the past six years, but the number of CSSCI journal papers only accounts for 3.41% of the total publications, and the quality of papers needs to be improved. The core research team on this topic has not yet formed, and the research results from universities in Shanghai and Jiangsu Provinces are relatively prominent. Based on the analysis of keyword co-occurrence, clustering and burst analysis, it was found that the practice and research of "ideological and political education" had experienced three stages: pilot practice, national promotion and application of theory and theoretical and practical integration. The research content mainly focuses on four aspects. Under the guidance of "great ideological politics", the research has gradually transited from theoretical study to the integration of theory and practice, and moved to the practical path and evaluation direction of enhancing ideological and political education. Moreover, the educational concept of it is gradually transitioning to the creation of professional and precise ideological and political education.

Abstract171)      PDF(pc) (403KB)(914)       Save
College students’ safety awareness education is an important part of maintaining campus security and stability. It plays a vital role in building a "safe campus, harmonious campus" and lays a foundation for the all-round development of college students. This study combines literature research and survey method to investigate the current state of college students' safety awareness, the level of safety education in universities and the causes of safety issues. At present, the safety problems in colleges and universities are: fire accidents, traffic accidents, information leak, mental health issues, food hygiene and more. Based on the current state of safety awareness and its causes, this paper explores strategies to improve students' safety awareness and advance safety education. First, universities should strengthen the safety education for students and perfect the safety education system. Second, universities need to reform traditional safety education methods, establish a sound safety education plan and carry out a variety of safety education formats. Finally, schools and students should both play active roles, establishing a triple educational linkage mechanism involving society, schools, and families to ensure coordinated efforts in safety awareness education. Managing safety issues is not only the responsibility of school security and administrative departments, but also concerns all campus departments, requiring the full attention of university leadership and collaborative efforts from faculty and students to establish a long-term safety management system.

Implementing talent cultivation as the core, creating a diversified classroom with a hybrid teaching mode of online and offline under the‘Internet+’background and constructing a student-centered teaching system have become the core tasks of educational teaching reform in colleges and universities at this stage. Aiming at the students of the applied clinical pharmacy major, with the goal of cultivating ‘evidence-based thinking that follows clinical evidence and takes actual therapeutic effect as the standard,’ we explore the classroom reform of "online and offline integration + multiple methods + whole-process evaluation" to achieve the transformation from ‘teacher-led’ to ‘student-centered’, from ‘single teaching method’ to ‘multi-channel independent learning’, from ‘terminal assessment’ to ‘emphasizing whole process’. This enables students to deeply implant and preliminarily apply evidence-based thinking in the process of autonomous learning, autonomous thinking, daring to question, and daring to explore, ultimately enhancing the comprehensive quality and professional competence of talent cultivation in the clinical pharmacy major.

The establishment of pharmaceutical talents training mode should be guided by the demand of industry, establish the mindset of new pharmacy under the new medical science, and change from focusing on scale and quantity to focusing on structure, quality, efficiency and integration between industry and education. Currently, the prominent problems faced in demand-oriented pharmaceutical talents training include relatively single talent training mode, the need to strengthen social service ability, incomplete curriculum system and serious disconnection from practical needs. In the meanwhile, the standards for talent evaluation from the demand side and supply side are not unified. In order to achieve the goal of demand-oriented pharmaceutical talents training, the author's college has implemented a series of measures in pharmaceutical talents training under the background of supply-side reform, such as strengthening the teaching staff development, reforming the student management mode, and implementing the joint training bases.
