As a special force of the discipline inspection and supervision team, the Commission for Discipline Inspection of universities shoulders the important mission of supervising and ensuring the implementation of the Party’s educational policy in universities. The authors expound the actual situation of the supervision work, analyze the existing problems, such as the difficulty of “Top leader” supervision and “Full coverage” supervision, not daring to supervise, not knowing how to supervise, and put forward the effective ways to carry out the supervision work with high quality and efficiency.

The pharmaceutical industry is the core of China's health industry, which protect people's life and health. Nowadays, with its continuous development, pharmaceutical college students are faced with a variety of graduation options, among which further study and employment are the most important choices. Through research and interview, the influence of psychology and external environment on students' graduation choice were found, the advantages of further study and employment were analyzed and discussed to provide reference for pharmaceutical college students.

Human Anatomy and Histoembryology is one of the important basic medical courses for clinical pharmacy majors, and it is also a necessary knowledge reserve for the further study of clinic-related disciplines. The traditional teaching method in the classroom can make students have a basic understanding of the course contents. However, because of the relatively simple forms and boring contents, it directly affects the students’ interest in learning this course and cannot meet the needs of “proficiency in medicine” in the new era. For clinical pharmacy-related majors with weak basic medical knowledge, how teachers make full use of the excellent online teaching resources to realize the clinical pharmacy major training goal of “proficiency in medicine” is an important issue that needs to be solved urgently. With the continuous reform and innovation of teaching ideas and methods in college education, the “MOOC + flipped classroom” mode is adopted, focusing on stimulating students’ interest in learning basic clinic-related knowledge. Strengthening the “three principles of teaching” and designing “three characteristic classrooms” can effectively improve the interest of the course, increase students' awareness of independent study, enhance the familiarity with the contents of this course and strengthen students’ professional goals of “proficiency in medicine”. Therefore, it is valuable for teaching application.

The medical device is one of the most active and striking fields of global scientific and technological development and investment. Chinese medical device industry has developed rapidly, but there is still a gap compared with developed countries. Therefore, we badly need top talents with professional background of biomedical engineering. As one of the most important strategies of opening up education to the world, Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools can achieve the goal of cultivating international top talents. Based on the current situation, Shenyang Pharmaceutical University and Trine University jointly hold the Biomedical Engineering Undergraduate Education Program to provide strong support for cultivating top talents with international vision in the field of medical devices, and bring vitality to the development of the pharmaceutical industry and the cause of health.

Ideological and political education is integrated into the teaching process of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology for cultivating international talents from 4 aspects: the Chinese dream, cultural confidence, values and responsibilities. This paper summarizes the teaching methods, teaching experiences and ideological and political education of this course, and finds out some problems that still exist in the teaching process.

To improve students' initiative in learning advanced mathematics, enhance students' comprehensive ability, and cultivate professional and comprehensive talents who can adapt to the social development, survey analysis and expert interviews were used to collect the opinions of senior teachers and students. Combined the views of students and senior teachers with the characteristics of the course itself and teaching requirements, the teaching reform of higher mathematics was explored. Finally, based on the results of investigation and analysis, the reform plan is elaborated from three aspects: ideological and political integration, professional integration and interest enhancement, and comprehensive ability cultivation (The integration of ideology and politics, professional and comprehensive ability), which lays a foundation for the reform practice of higher mathematics curriculum.

Red culture is an important part of traditional Chinese culture. Integrating red culture into college English course is an effective way to boost the reform of ideological and political education and achieve the goal of fostering virtue through education. This article expounds the significance and effect of integrating red culture into college English course for the construction of ideological and political education, points out the shortcomings of current college English teaching, and puts forward the specific implementation approaches in order to provide reference for improving the quality of ideological and political education and curriculum reform in colleges and universities. The approaches include improving teachers' red cultural literacy, cultivating cultural teaching staff, integrating ideological and political resources in teaching materials, highlighting the educational function of red culture, enriching teaching methods and training students' critical thinking ability.

Taking advantage of the vineyards on campus, Shenyang Pharmaceutical University carried out the vineyard management work to educate students and made them master and consolidate the professional skills. The core competence of college counselors is the power and guarantee to accomplish the task. Based on the working experience of college counselors and theoretical research, we put forward some views on the core competence of college counselors in this paper in order to make contributions to the theoretical research as well as team building of college ideological and political education.

Pharmaceutical experiment is the foundation of cultivating high-quality pharmaceutical talents with core abilities, such as innovative ability, practical ability and entrepreneurship. This essay aims to introduce “whole process” scientific and technological platform to the practical teaching system by using the “diversified” teaching form and flexible design. The experiment of “preparation of liposome” is used as the representative to carry out this reform. This experiment combines the relevant knowledge and technologies of new drug delivery system, and introduces the basic concept of research. Taking advantages of scientific research to assist teaching, we guide students to learn professional knowledge and experimental skills by scientific thinking. Therefore, this reform can help students achieve transformation from “memory and imitation style” to “thinking and innovation style”.

"Pharmacology" is a discipline that studies the interaction between drugs and the body (including pathogens) and the law of action. It is a bridge course between pharmacy and clinical medicine, and lays a theoretical foundation for rational drug use in clinical practice. Pharmacology is also at the forefront of new drug research and development. With the rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry and the national emphasis on original drug development, especially following the COVID-19 pandemic, there is a growing need for talent training in the field. This study discusses how to optimize and reform pharmacology education using new information teaching tools, online and offline mixed teaching mode and various teaching modes such as flipped classroom and case analysis to improve students' enthusiasm, creativity, classroom effectiveness as well as students' knowledge structure and ability. The reform is designed to cultivate versatile and innovative pharmaceutical talents, contribute to the diversity of pharmacology education and provide direction and teaching experience for its future development.

 Elective courses play an important role in curriculum construction of colleges and universities. Especially in the fourth year, some colleges and universities only set up public elective courses. Senior students may have a negative attitude towards elective courses because they are busy planning their future. This paper explores the attitude and satisfaction of senior students towards public elective courses in Shenyang Pharmaceutical University by means of questionnaire, finds out some problems, and puts forward comments and suggestions.

As the strategic emerging industry in China, the biopharmaceutical industry has an increasingly growing demand for high-level applied talents in pharmacy. Higher education in pharmacy plays an increasingly prominent role in cultivating applied talents that meet the needs of the industry. The graduate education program in pharmacy at Shenyang Pharmaceutical University focuses on industry innovation practice requirements by establishing a model of integration of industry, academia, and research, fostering a dual-mentor training system, creating high-quality teaching resources, and establishing innovative communication platforms. This has led to the cultivation of a large number of high-level applied talents for the transformation and upgrading of the biopharmaceutical industry. In the future, pharmacy education will continue to promote reforms in the education of Master's degrees in pharmacy, actively explore Doctoral degree programs in pharmacy, and establish a comprehensive mechanism for collaborative training involving multiple subjects, thereby contributing to the innovation and development of the biopharmaceutical industry through the cultivation of high-level applied talents.

Ideological and political education is the basic measure to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue. This paper discusses three problems of integrating ideological and political education into Formulas of TCM. The first is the necessity of developing ideological and political education. The second is to explore the elements of confidence in the path, theory, system, and culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The third is the teaching design and implementation of “Four Matters of Confidence Theory” in class.
