As a special force of the discipline inspection and supervision team, the Commission for Discipline Inspection of universities shoulders the important mission of supervising and ensuring the implementation of the Party’s educational policy in universities. The authors expound the actual situation of the supervision work, analyze the existing problems, such as the difficulty of “Top leader” supervision and “Full coverage” supervision, not daring to supervise, not knowing how to supervise, and put forward the effective ways to carry out the supervision work with high quality and efficiency.

Maintaining the nature of Marxist political Party is the valuable experience of the Communist Party of China over the past century and the necessary requirement of our great journey to the new era and striving to reach the second centenary goal. It is mainly manifested in its people-centered philosophy, self-targeted revolution, firm ideals and beliefs, political sentiment of the world and the consciousness of theoretical innovation.

Red culture is an important part of the excellent Chinese culture. Liaoning province is rich in red culture resources. The red gene, red stories, red tradition and red spirit are the precious wealth of Liaoning province. The “Young Marxists Training Project” (YMTP) is an important component of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The red culture resources is not only an important carrier and content of ideological and political education but also a major means of carrying out the “YMTP” in colleges and universities. The red culture resources should be integrated into the “YMTP” and fully achieved the function of educating by deeply understanding it, analyzing the significance and problems of its application in the “YMTP” and exploring the application ways.

In order to make the professional courses and ideological and political courses in the same direction and interact with each other, we integrated ideological and political education into the whole process of teaching. It is of great significance to apply ideological and political materials such as the Chinese socialist core values to professional curriculum for the overall development of students. Pharmacology experiment contains abundant elements of socialist core values. We explored methods of integrating them so as to firm students’ ideals and beliefs and practice socialist core values.

Ideological and political education is the basic measure to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue. This paper discusses three problems of integrating ideological and political education into Formulas of TCM. The first is the necessity of developing ideological and political education. The second is to explore the elements of confidence in the path, theory, system, and culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The third is the teaching design and implementation of “Four Matters of Confidence Theory” in class.

Objective To explore the teaching effect of comprehensive method combined with scene simulation in acupuncture clinical skill training through practical research. Methods Comprehensive method combined with scene simulation was implemented for 77 students in class 1 and 2 of 2018 major in acupuncture and massage in Inner Mongolia Medical University. Students' satisfaction survey was conducted by questionnaire. Results About 80% of the students were satisfied with pre-class skill practice, continuous recitation before class and clinical scene simulation drama. 60.87% of the students thought it was meaningful to fill in the acupuncture skill training manual. Conclusion Comprehensive method combined with scene simulation has been recognized by most students in acupuncture and moxibustion clinical skill training. However, there are still many problems to deal with.

Taking the core journals on physical health included in the CNKI database from 1992 to 2021 as the research object, CiteSpace V was used to explore and analyse the hot topics and evolution trends of physical health in China in order to provide reference for physical health promotion research. The results of the study show that the research on physical health in China has shown an increasing rise in the past 30 years, and there are some hot topics which are broadly divided into four subjects: physical health overview, physical health policies and regulations, influencing factors and measurement methods of physical health, and physical health promotion strategies, among which physical education and physical health are the hot topics in the past and even in the future. It can be presumed that the future will be oriented towards the integration of physical health policies and physical health promotion. It is necessary to foster interdisciplinary research on physical health, emphasize policy orientation, pay close attention to policy implementation, perfect school sports-related policies, create a good environment for physical health promotion, improve health ability for action and reshape healthy lifestyles.

The pharmaceutical industry is the core of China's health industry, which protect people's life and health. Nowadays, with its continuous development, pharmaceutical college students are faced with a variety of graduation options, among which further study and employment are the most important choices. Through research and interview, the influence of psychology and external environment on students' graduation choice were found, the advantages of further study and employment were analyzed and discussed to provide reference for pharmaceutical college students.

Medicinal chemistry is the basic core course of pharmacy, and its learning effect is of great significance to the achievement of the training objectives of relevant majors. Based on the study of BOPPPS (Bridge-in, Objective, Pre-assessment, Participatory learning, Post-assessment and Summary) teaching model and the characteristics of medicinal chemistry, this project focused on some problems, such as poor learning initiative, applying theory to practice and lack of innovative ability. With the purpose of “cultivation of innovative ability”, we adopted BOPPPS teaching model and combined “Rain Classroom + Flipped Classroom” to realize multi-form interaction. Therefore, this new teaching model enhanced students’ learning initiative and enthusiasm, and significantly improved the quality of teaching.

The report of the 18th CPC National Congress demonstrates that fostering virtue through education is the fundamental task of education. Organic chemistry, as one of the main basic courses in medical colleges and universities, should be actively linked with the ideological and political education to achieve the purpose of virtue education. This paper mainly includes the necessity, integration, existing problems, and solutions of the connection between organic chemistry and ideological and political education.

From the perspective of school-based curriculum, integrating the history of school into the curriculum construction of Outline of Modern and Contemporary History of China has practical effect on realizing the educational goal. The history of Shenyang Pharmaceutical University and the course of Outline of Modern and Contemporary History of China have a high degree of coincidence in historical stages, trend and characteristics, which provides the feasibility of teaching structure design, the possibility of integrating teaching materials and the promotion of the theme. The ‘red gene’ of school history should be integrated into the strategy and method of the curriculum construction by making good use of theory and latent value, full use of resources, flexible use of cases, and clever use of formulas and techniques.

"Internet+” injects endless energy into mental health service in colleges and universities with its shared, open and powerful function. The author explores the new mode of integration of internet technology and mental health education by analyzing the current situation and the characteristics of psychological development of college students to break the logjam of traditional way and enhance the effectiveness of mental health service.

Red culture is an important part of traditional Chinese culture. Integrating red culture into college English course is an effective way to boost the reform of ideological and political education and achieve the goal of fostering virtue through education. This article expounds the significance and effect of integrating red culture into college English course for the construction of ideological and political education, points out the shortcomings of current college English teaching, and puts forward the specific implementation approaches in order to provide reference for improving the quality of ideological and political education and curriculum reform in colleges and universities. The approaches include improving teachers' red cultural literacy, cultivating cultural teaching staff, integrating ideological and political resources in teaching materials, highlighting the educational function of red culture, enriching teaching methods and training students' critical thinking ability.

Human Anatomy and Histoembryology is one of the important basic medical courses for clinical pharmacy majors, and it is also a necessary knowledge reserve for the further study of clinic-related disciplines. The traditional teaching method in the classroom can make students have a basic understanding of the course contents. However, because of the relatively simple forms and boring contents, it directly affects the students’ interest in learning this course and cannot meet the needs of “proficiency in medicine” in the new era. For clinical pharmacy-related majors with weak basic medical knowledge, how teachers make full use of the excellent online teaching resources to realize the clinical pharmacy major training goal of “proficiency in medicine” is an important issue that needs to be solved urgently. With the continuous reform and innovation of teaching ideas and methods in college education, the “MOOC + flipped classroom” mode is adopted, focusing on stimulating students’ interest in learning basic clinic-related knowledge. Strengthening the “three principles of teaching” and designing “three characteristic classrooms” can effectively improve the interest of the course, increase students' awareness of independent study, enhance the familiarity with the contents of this course and strengthen students’ professional goals of “proficiency in medicine”. Therefore, it is valuable for teaching application.

Organic chemistry is one of important compulsory courses in pharmacy major, and it is also an important basic course of medicinal chemistry, pharmacology, toxicology and natural product chemistry. It is the cornerstone of cultivating pharmaceutical talents. Jinan University is the highest institution of overseas Chinese. Overseas students, overseas Chinese and students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan in China account for a relatively large proportion of the total number of students in our school. In the background of Jinan University's "First-class Discipline of Pharmacy", the authors discuss the cultivation of students according to the characteristics of overseas Chinese schools, the reform of the organic chemistry from teaching resources, processes and modes, the implementation of the teaching objective of "facing overseas, facing Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan", and the cultivation of pharmacy talents with outstanding innovative ability. This paper can provide experiences for the construction of organic chemistry teaching system with the characteristics of overseas Chinese schools.

Building a talent training mode based on the integration of industry, education and medicine is a new exploration for improving the quality of talent training for pharmacy majors in medical schools and solving difficulties of school-enterprise-medicine cooperation. The integration of industry, education and medicine expands its dimension and effectively integrates the resources of universities, enterprises, and hospitals to form a community of common destiny for pharmacy talents education. In terms of feasibility, it has the common goal as the traction, the multi-dimensional subject cooperation as the form, and the value as the adhesion. The three main characteristics of the joint force form five paths of input community, management community, industry-university-research community, education community and evaluation community. The exploration on practically promoting the integration of production, education and medicine in the training of pharmacy talents in Wenzhou Medical University has achieved good results, and the construction experience is worthy of reference for other medical schools.

“Liaoning red clean culture” is a cultural form that inherited and developed from the traditional “red culture”. It takes Marxism as the theoretical guidance, under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, and combines the actual situation of China and regional characteristics to form a style of discipline. To create a red clean culture with Liaoning characteristics, its generation path is self-discipline, facilitation and simplification. Through learning and improving self-awareness, the essence of China's excellent “red culture” will be integrated into our actions, understanding and approaches to problems, and we’ll standardize our own words and deeds and work for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

Since the practice of selective courses in English Department of Shenyang Pharmaceutical University in 2020, teachers were trapped with the problems such as the selection of textbooks; the transformation of teaching theories and practice; the integration of ideological and political education and teachers’ professional development. With the guiding theory of blended teaching, the article analyzes the reasons which generate the problems, proposes effective measures, and makes anticipations for the selective courses of English Department.

Chinese medical device industry has developed rapidly, but there is still a gap compared with developed countries. Therefore, we badly need top talents with professional background of biomedical engineering. As one of the most important strategies of opening up education to the world, Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools can achieve the goal of cultivating international top talents. Based on the current situation, Shenyang Pharmaceutical University and Trine University jointly hold the Biomedical Engineering Undergraduate Education Program to provide strong support for cultivating top talents with international vision in the field of medical devices, and bring vitality to the development of the pharmaceutical industry and the cause of health.
