药学类院校青年教师科教融合的现实障碍与突破

Abstract:

With the accelerating process of economic globalization, the country is placing greater emphasis on cultivating innovative talents, which depends not only on quality university faculty but also on advanced teaching concepts. Integration of research and teaching has now become a crucial approach in higher education. In recent years, young teachers have become a growing proportion and the main force for cultivating talents and conducting scientific research. However, in colleges and universities, especially in pharmacy colleges valuing practical ability, young teachers have encountered challenges such as weak teaching ability and limited practical experience in promoting the integration of research and teaching. Some pharmacy colleges have taken corresponding measures to solve these problems, such as young teacher mentor system, teaching skill competitions, strengthening the cooperation between pharmaceutical companies and colleges, and opening laboratories to undergraduates.

摘要:

随着经济全球化的进程不断加快,国家越来越重视创新型人才的培养,而创新型人才的培养离不开优质的高校教师团队,也离不开先进的教学理念,科教融合已成为高校培养学生的重要方法。近年来,青年教师在高校教师团队中的占比越来越高,已逐步成为高校培养人才和进行科研工作的主力军。但在高校中尤其是在重视学生动手实践能力的药学类院校中,青年教师推进科教融合遇到了教学能力弱、实践经验少等现实障碍。而一些药学院校采取了一些相应的措施来解决这些问题,如:青年教师导师制、青年教师教学能力竞赛、加强药企与学校的合作以及向本科生开放实验室等。
