Abstract:

Human Resource Management is a compulsory core basic course for business administration majors in colleges and universities. Under the new situation, the ideological and political course of Human Resource Management should focus on cooperation with enterprises, take employment as the orientation, and cultivate innovative talents who truly meet the needs of social development and serve the pharmaceutical industry and enterprises, so as to realize the fundamental task of establishing virtue and cultivating talents. This article takes "career planning" teaching section as an example to introduce curriculum ideological and political teaching design.

摘要:

人力资源管理课程是高等院校工商管理类专业必修的一门核心基础课程。新形势下的人力资源管理课程思政应注重与企业合作,以就业为导向,培养真正符合社会发展需要的、服务于医药行业、企业的创新型人才,实现立德树人的根本任务。本文以“职业生涯规划”教学节段为例,对课程思政教学设计进行介绍。
