Abstract:

The primary task of universities is to cultivate talents, so the construction of the faculty is the foundation of it. In order to effectively promote the reform and practice of "New Engineering" and cultivate excellent professional teachers, we carefully examined the characteristics of biomedical engineering and the current situation of the staff in Shenyang Pharmaceutical University, and gradually explored and proposed a new teacher training mode of industry-university cooperation. The new mode will eventually achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality, high-knowledge and high-ability teachers for universities.

高校的首要任务是人才培养，而师资队伍建设是保障人才培养质量的根本。为切实推动“新工科”的改革实践，培养更多优秀的专业师资，本文仔细审视了沈阳药科大学生物医学工程学科特点和师资队伍建设现状，逐渐摸索并提出一套产学合作的生物医学工程师资培养新模式，最终达到为高校培养高素质、高知识、高能力师资的目标。
