Abstract:

Medicated Diet and Health is an elective course for sophomores. Based on the characteristics of the course, this paper explores the methods of integrating ideological and political education into the course with the goal of moral education. We are aiming at helping students foster the morally sound values and outlook on the world and life while imparting knowledge, and making contributions to the fulfillment of the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

摘要：

“药膳与健康”是面向全校大二学生开设的一门选修课，根据该课程特点，以立德树人为目标，探索课程中思政教育的设计，将思政教育融入课堂教育环节中，在教授学生知识的同时，引导学生树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观，为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦做出贡献。
