摘要:

将科学家精神深度融入高校思想政治教育,既是落实立德树人根本任务、推进新时代高校“大思政课”建设的重要举措,也是培育担当民族复兴大任时代新人、服务科技强国建设战略的必然要求。笔者系统阐释科学家精神与高校思想政治教育的深度契合性,从科学与人文交融的学理视角出发,揭示其中蕴含的合规律性与合目的性的辩证统一关系,深入剖析当前二者融合过程中面临的现实问题,从内容体系构建、教学模式创新、育人载体拓展、师资队伍建设、长效机制完善五个维度,探索具体可行的实践路径,为推动科学家精神与高校思想政治教育深度融合、提升高校思政教育的针对性和实效性提供有力思路与科学参考。

Abstract:

Deeply integrating the spirit of scientists into ideological and political education in universities is not only a crucial measure for fulfilling the fundamental task of fostering virtue through moral education and advancing the construction of "grand ideological and political education courses" in the new era, but also a necessary requirement for cultivating contemporary individuals capable of undertaking the responsibility of national rejuvenation and serving the strategy of building a science and technology-strong nation. This paper systematically elucidates the profound compatibility between the spirit of scientists and ideological and political education in universities. From the theoretical perspective of the integration of science and humanities, it reveals the dialectical unity of regularity and purposefulness inherent in this integration. The paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the practical challenges currently faced in the integration process, and explores specific feasible pathways from five dimensions: constructing a content system, innovating teaching models, expanding educational platforms, strengthening the teaching faculty, and establishing long-term mechanisms. The aim is to provide powerful ideas and scientific references for promoting deep integration of the spirit of scientists and ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and enhancing the targeted and effective implementation of such education.
