摘要:

在生物医药行业蓬勃发展、对专业人才需求日益增长的背景下,生物制药专业课程校企共建成为优化人才培养模式的关键路径。笔者阐述了生物制药专业课程进行校企共建的重要意义,提出了生物制药专业课程校企共建的策略,包括共建课程团队与体系、优化培养方案、建立评价体系、建设实训基地、开展科研合作与项目教学、融入思政教育、搭建长效合作与信息交流平台等。策略的实施有助于提升教学质量,培育契合行业需求的应用型人才,推动产学研融合,进一步服务区域经济,为生物医药产业的持续健康发展注入强劲动力。

Abstract:

Against the background of vigorous development in biomedical industry and increasing demand for professional talents, school-enterprise co-construction of biopharmaceutical curriculum has become a key pathway to optimize talent cultivation models. The authors expound on the strategic significance of collaborative curriculum development between universities and enterprises in biopharmaceutical education, and propose strategies for implementation, including co-constructing curriculum teams and systems, optimizing cultivation plans, establishing evaluation systems, developing training bases, conducting scientific research cooperation and project-based teaching, integrating ideological and political education, and building sustainable cooperation and information exchange platforms. Implementation of these strategies helps enhance teaching quality, cultivate application-oriented talents meeting industry demands, promote the integration of industry, education and research, further serve regional economic development, and inject strong momentum into the sustainable healthy development of biopharmaceutical industry.
