摘要:

在健康中国战略的背景下,中医药的传承与发展成为大健康产业的重要支撑。笔者基于中医理论,包括阴阳五行学说、五运六气学说、气血学说及体质学说,探讨了食品科学与中药学的学科交叉在保健品开发中的指导作用。并且,基于药食同源品和新食品原料名录分析,探讨了一种全新的保健品开发策略。这种以中医理论为指导,基于新食品原料名录和药食同源品的保健品开发策略,不仅推动了食品科学与中药学的深度融合,更是为保健品开发创新提供了路径,顺应了健康中国战略对创新型保健品的需求。

Abstract:

In the context of the Healthy China strategy, the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine has become an important pillar for the health industry. Based on the theories of traditional Chinese medicine, including the theories of Yin-Yang and Five Elements, Five Movements and Six Qi, Qi and Blood, and constitution, the authors explored the guiding role of disciplinary integration between food science and Chinese Materia Medica in health product development. Furthermore, based on analysis of the list of food-medicine homologous materials and new resource foods, a new development strategy of health care products was discussed. This strategy not only promotes deep integration of food science and Chinese Materia Medica, but also provides pathways for innovative health product development, responding to the demands of the Healthy China strategy for innovative health products.
