Abstract:

 In order to discuss the influence factors on science and technology journal, this paper elaborates on four aspects: authors and readers, editors and reviewers, administrators and journals’ index and retrieval. It also discusses some cognitive problems with the influence of science and technology journal and the positive and negative effects of them.

摘要：

围绕涉及科技期刊影响力的相关因素，从作者和读者、编者和审者、管理者以及期刊的收录和检索情况4个方面探讨这些因素对期刊影响力的贡献。针对目前对科技期刊影响力认识上存在的一些问题以及由此而产生的正面和负面影响进行论述。
