Abstract:

The pharmaceutical industry is the core of China's health industry, which protect people's life and health. Nowadays, with its continuous development, pharmaceutical college students are faced with a variety of graduation options, among which further study and employment are the most important choices. Through research and interview, the influence of psychology and external environment on students' graduation choice were found, the advantages of further study and employment were analyzed and discussed to provide reference for pharmaceutical college students.

医药产业是我国大健康产业的核心组成，也是守护人民生命健康的重要行业。在中国医药产业不断发展的今天，药学类大学生面临各种各样的毕业选择，其中升学与就业是最重要的选择途径。通过调研和访谈，找出学生面临毕业选择时个人心理和外部环境的影响，重点分析谈论升学和就业的各自优点，为药学类大学生毕业选择提出参考。
