Abstract:

The value of the manuscript depends on the editor's review ability, which is closely related to the value judgment. However, in the review process, it is very complicated to judge the value of the manuscript because of the large quantities, so the editor is required to have a certain review ability. Reviewing the manuscripts covers a wide range of values, including the authors’ viewpoints as well as the views of society, history and the world. It is particularly important for editors to judge the author's ideological value. The more complex the manuscript is, the higher requirements for the editor's judging ability. Therefore, this article discusses and researches on the value judgment of editors in reviewing manuscripts, and puts forward some principles of it, hoping to be helpful for editors to improve their value judgment ability.

摘要：

稿件价值的高低取决于编辑审稿能力的强弱，编辑的审稿能力和稿件价值的判断息息相关。但是在实际审核过程中，由于稿件的种类繁多，在对稿件价值进行判断时非常复杂，所以要求编辑具有一定的审稿能力。编辑对稿件的价值进行判断时，涵盖的范围非常广泛，除了作者本人的价值观点，还包括一定的社会观点、历史观点以及世界观点等，对作者的思想价值判断尤为重要。越是复杂的稿件，对编辑的判断能力要求也就越高。因此，笔者对编辑审稿中的价值判断进行探讨研究，并提出了一些价值判断的原则，希望可以为编辑对稿件价值判断能力的提升具有一定帮助。
