Abstract:

Production practice is an important part of the practical teaching system of grape and wine engineering specialty. It is also an effective way to improve the quality of talent training and an important carrier to promote college students' ideological and political education. Taking the production practice of grape and wine engineering as an example, this paper analyzes the necessity of ideological and political education in production practice, explores the integration of ideological and political education with cultivating students' professional emotion, teamwork, patriotic enthusiasm and innovative spirit.

生产实习是葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业实践教学体系中的重要一环，是提高人才培养质量的有效途径，也是促进大学生思想政治教育工作的重要载体。以葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业生产实习为例，分析生产实习课程思政的必要性，以激发学生职业情怀、树立学生团队意识、增强学生爱国热情、培养学生创新精神为切入点，探索课程思政的融入和构建。
