新工科背景下生物工程类专业人才培养模式的研究与实践

Abstract:

The development of the bioindustry is highly dependent on talent. However, current bioengineering education in China faces mismatches between training philosophy, industry changes and future development requirements. To build a learner-centered, industry-oriented talent cultivation model for bioengineering majors, Shenyang Pharmaceutical University has focused on Emerging Engineering Education (3E) and explored reforms in talent cultivation. The program establishes high-quality talent training objectives, develops a targeted curriculum system, reforms teaching content and methods, reconstructs a student-centered “Grand Practice” teaching system, and improves the main means and core indicators for teaching evaluation. Continuous improvement is sought based on evaluation results. Practice has proven that this model effectively trains diverse and innovative bioengineering talents with strong industry knowledge and practical engineering skills to meet industry needs.

生物产业的发展高度依赖于人才。然而,我国当前的生物工程类教育中存在培养理念与当前的产业变化及未来发展需求不相匹配等问题。为构建以学习者为中心、面向产业需求的生物工程专业人才培养模式,沈阳药科大学生物工程类专业聚焦新工科,进行了人才培养模式改革研究,探索高素质、适应产业发展需求的人才培养模式。构建了新工科理念下的高素质生物工程人才培养目标,建立了面向新工科人才培养的课程体系,改革了课程教学内容和方法,重构了以学生为中心的“大实践”教学体系,完善了教学评价的主要手段与核心指标,并依据评价结果,持续改进人才培养模式。实践证明,该模式是培养具有较强生物工程产业背景知识、相应工程实践能力、胜任行业发展需求的多样化、创新型卓越生物工程类人才的有效路径。
