新型翻转课堂在有机化学实验中的应用——以“二苯甲醇的重结晶”为例

Abstract:

Based on the flipped classroom concept, new experimental teaching method for organic chemistry experiments is explored with the recrystallization of diphenylmethanol as a practice case. Students were guided to independently design experimental procedures, study different single-solvent and mixed-solvent systems, and assess the yield and purity of the products using analytical balance and high-performance liquid chromatography instruments. The results indicate that the new teaching approach effectively enhances students' learning initiative, experimental design ability, innovative thinking, and scientific literacy, providing a new model for the teaching of organic chemistry experiments.

基于翻转课堂理念,探索新的有机化学实验教学方法,并以“二苯甲醇的重结晶”为例进行实践。在实践中,引导学生自主设计实验方案,考察不同单一溶剂及混合溶剂体系,结合分析天平和高效液相色谱仪测定产品产量及纯度。实践结果表明,新的实验教学方式能够有效增强学生学习的主观能动性,提高实验设计能力、创新思维及科研素养,为有机化学实验教学提供了一种新的模式。
