Abstract:

The author has conducted an exploration into the traditional college English teaching evaluation system and found that the biggest problem lies in the one-sidedness of the evaluation. The author has introduced the core concepts and characteristics of Theory of Multiple Intelligence, and also meticulously introduced the goals, contents, evaluation subjects, evaluation methods, specific indicators involved in constructing a college English teaching evaluation system based on this theory, as well as the teaching practice cases carried out in universities. Of course, using Theory of Multiple Intelligence to evaluate college English teaching also faces challenges in different aspects. Finally, the author has made a prospect on the development prospects of this evaluation system.

摘要:

笔者对传统大学英语教学评价体系进行了探究,介绍了多元智能理论的核心概念、特点及依据该理论构建大学英语教学评价体系所涉及的目标、内容、评价主题、评价手段、具体指标和在高校开展的教学实践案例。运用多元智能理论对大学英语教学进行评价面临不同方面的挑战,笔者对这一评价体系的发展前景进行了展望。
