Abstract:

 ‘Red gene’ refers to the factors gradually condensed by the Communist Party of China in leading the people through the long-term revolution, building and reform, which contains basic political characteristics such as tenacious beliefs, strong will, feelings for the people, glorious traditions and fine style. As a spiritual force, it has been integrated into the Chinese nation and can affect the political beliefs, values, way of thinking of our Party members and cadres. Combined with the working experiences, this paper deeply analyzes the importance of integrating ‘red gene’ into Party building in Colleges and universities, and explores the effective ways to integrate them in order to solve problems.

摘要：

红色基因是指中国共产党在领导人民经历长期的革命、建设、改革的发展历程中，逐渐凝练出来的含有坚贞理想信念、顽强意志、为民情怀、光荣传统、优良作风等基本政治特性的因子。作为一种精神力量，它已融入到我们中华民族的血脉之中，能够影响我们党员干部的政治信仰、价值观念、思维方式、价值追求。结合高校党建工作实际，深入分析红色基因融入高校党建的重要价值，以解决问题为导向，探索红色基因融入高校党建工作的实现路径。
