药学专业本硕课程衔接问题的探索与实践——以药事管理学与药事法规概论为例

Abstract:

With the rapid development of China's pharmaceutical industry, there is an increasing focus on integrating theory and practice, as well as systematizing and specializing knowledge structure in the training of pharmaceutical professionals. This paper discusses the articulation between the undergraduate course "Pharmaceutical Administration" and the postgraduate course "Introduction to Pharmaceutical Laws and Legislation," summarizes current teaching content, clarifies the key points at undergraduate and postgraduate stages, and identifies problems such as content repetition, insufficient depth, and lack of practical components. Improvement measures are proposed from three perspectives: integrating teaching content, innovating teaching methods, and strengthening practical application. Pharmacy Administration emphasizes fundamental concepts and theoretical frameworks to establish a preliminary understanding among students; Introduction to Pharmaceutical Laws and Regulations deepens the comprehension and application of laws and regulations. Measures such as modular design, case teaching, interactive seminars, and university–enterprise cooperation help resolve these issues, achieve course articulation, and cultivate high-quality pharmacy professionals. The future development of pharmacy education should further update course content, optimize teaching methods, and strengthen industry collaboration, providing reference for the reform and advancement of pharmacy education in China.

随着我国医药行业的快速发展,药学专业人才的培养越来越注重理论与实践相结合以及知识结构的系统化与专业化。笔者探讨药学专业本科课程药事管理学与硕士研究生课程药事法规概论的衔接问题,梳理了当前教学内容,明确了本科和硕士阶段的教学重点,揭示了内容重复、深度不够及实践环节缺失等问题,并从整合教学内容、创新教学方法和加强实践环节三方面提出改进措施。药事管理学侧重于药事管理的基本概念与理论框架,使学生建立初步认识;药事法规概论则深化法规理解与应用。通过模块化设计、案例教学、互动研讨及校企合作等措施,有助于有效解决这些问题,实现课程衔接,培养高素质的药学专业人才。未来应继续更新课程内容,优化教学方法,加强与产业界的合作等,为药学专业教育改革提供参考与借鉴,推动药学教育的发展。
