摘要:

随着“新医科”的发展建设和健康中国战略的全面实施,国家对医药类创新创业人才培养提出了更高要求。在医药类高校教学方法改革中“四创”(思创、专创、科创、产创)融合理念,有效打破了创新创业教育与专业教育之间的壁垒,构建了跨学科、项目化、开放式的创新创业育人新范式。通过构建“虚实结合”的跨学科师资团队建设等对策,有效加强了“四创”融合在创新创业教育的实践应用。

Abstract:

With the development of the "New Medicine" initiative and the comprehensive implementation of the Healthy China strategy, the nation has set higher requirements for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talent in the medical and pharmaceutical fields. The concept of "Four Innovations" integration (integrating ideological innovation, professional innovation, scientific and technological innovation, and industrial innovation) in the teaching reforms at medical and pharmaceutical universities has effectively broken down the barriers between innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education, establishing a new interdisciplinary, project-based, and open innovation education paradigm. By implementing measures such as building interdisciplinary faculty teams that combine virtual and real practice, the "Four Innovations" integration in innovation and entrepreneurship education has been effectively strengthened.
