Evaluation and improvement strategies of Office Advanced Application course teaching effect based on student achievements and error analysis

摘要:

通过系统分析Office高级应用课程的学生成绩及其对应的错误提示,识别影响学生成绩表现的关键因素,并提出相应的教学改进策略。研究基于从学生考试电子试卷中收集的数据,包括各模块(Word、Excel、PPT)的成绩和具体操作题的错误反馈。通过对成绩分布的统计分析以及对错误类型的分类归纳,发现部分学生在特定模块上存在显著的知识盲区和技能不足,尤其是Excel模块的表现普遍低于其他两个模块。此外,研究揭示了一些常见的错误模式,这些模式与教学方法、学习资源的可用性及学生的学习习惯密切相关。基于上述分析结果,提出了若干具体的改进建议,如优化教学内容、增加实践机会、提供个性化的学习支持等,以期提升整体教学效果和学生的实际操作能力。本研究不仅为Office高级应用课程的教学提供了有价值的见解,也为相关课程的设计与实施提供了参考框架。

Abstract:

By systematically analyzing students’ achievements in the Office advanced application course and the corresponding error prompts, key factors affecting performance are identified, and strategies for teaching improvement are proposed. The study is based on data collected from students’ electronic exam papers, including scores for each modules (Word, Excel, PPT) and error feedback for specific questions. Through statistical analysis of the score distribution and classification of error types, we found that some students have significant knowledge gaps and skill deficiencies in specific modules, especially Excel, which generally performs lower than the other two modules. In addition, the study also revealed some common error patterns that are closely related to teaching methods, learning resources availability, and study habits. Based on the above analysis results, this article puts forward several specific improvement suggestions, such as optimizing teaching content, increasing practical opportunities, and providing personalized learning support, in order to enhance the overall teaching effectiveness and students' practical operation ability. This study not only offers valuable insights for the teaching of Office advanced application, but also provides a reference framework for the design and implementation of related courses.
