摘要:

在当今的数字化时代,人工智能技术的高速发展正深刻影响着教育的格局,尤其是在大学英语教学领域。数字技术的融入深层次的改变高等教育的各个层面,引发教育领域的根本性变革。笔者深入剖析在大学英语教学中,ChatGPT和社会互赖理论(social interdependence theory)二者的结合对大学生英语思辨能力培养有推动作用,详细说明基于此而进行的大学英语教学模式重构,以及传统教学和“ChatGPT和社会互赖理论二者结合的教学”实践案例的思辨能力培养的效果差异,并对未来的研究进行展望。

Abstract:

In today’s digital age, the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology is profoundly influencing the pattern of education, especially in the field of college English teaching. The integration of digital technology has profoundly transformed various aspects of higher education, triggering fundamental changes in the education sector. This paper deeply analyzes the role of integrating ChatGPT and Social Interdependence Theory in promoting the development of college students’ English critical thinking skills within college English teaching. The author elaborates on the restructuring of college English teaching models based on this integration and compares the effectiveness of cultivating critical thinking skills between traditional teaching practices and those that combine ChatGPT with Social Interdependence Theory. The paper also provides a perspective on future research.
