By combining historical and cultural elements, focusing on professional knowledge, paying attention to social needs, and encouraging innovative thinking, we aim to infuse national spirit, strengthen professional ethics, cultivate a sense of responsibility, and enhance scientific literacy. This article explores and practices the reform of ideological and political education from the aspects of exploring ideological and political elements and improving teaching methods, aiming to enhance students' multidimensional literacy such as national pride, professional ethics, and scientific spirit, and to help cultivate high-quality food professionals.
