摘要:

本论文以沈阳化工大学为例,旨在探讨如何提高东北地区药学研究生导师队伍的能力,以更好地服务于东北地区经济社会发展。研究主要采用问卷调查的方式,对药学研究生导师队伍的现状和存在的问题进行了分析和研究。研究发现,药学研究生导师队伍存在着导师队伍数量不足、导师指导方式走两个极端等问题,尤其是新形势下如何更好地落实立德树人方面存在不足,以上问题亟需解决,以更好促进区域内药学高级人才的培养。论文提出了一系列的对策和建议,为药学研究生导师队伍的建设提供了有益的参考和借鉴。对于提高药学研究生导师队伍的能力和水平,服务东北振兴背景下的药学研究教育发展具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:

This paper, using Shenyang University of Chemical Technology as a case study, explores ways to enhance the capabilities of pharmacy graduate supervisors to better support the economic and social development of Northeast China. Through questionnaire surveys, we analyzed the current situation and challenges of the pharmacy graduate supervisor team. Research has found that there are problems such as the insufficient number of supervisors and the two extremes of mentoring methods. Especially there are inadequacies in how to better implement moral education and cultivate talents in the new era. These issues urgently require solutions to improve the cultivation of high-level pharmacy professionals in the region. The paper proposes various strategies and suggestions, providing valuable insights for the development of pharmacy graduate supervisor teams. This research offers guidance for enhancing the capabilities of pharmacy graduate supervisors and advancing pharmacy education under the Northeast China revitalization strategy.
