Selection method of representative works based on innovation

摘要: 目的 在“双一流”建设、“破五唯”和代表作评价的大背景下,需要帮助科研人员选取其最具创新性的代表性研究成果。方法 采用SVA法筛选了C高校药物化学领域24位教授的共计46篇科研论文,分析了其被引量、影响因子、期刊分区、作者数等情况。结果 46篇代表作被引量均值为27.30,影响因子大部分位于5~10(47.8%),有23篇文章发表于近五年。并且被引量和影响因子在性别和年龄组间不存在显著性差异,作者人数同被引量与影响因子间不存在显著相关性。结论 SVA法能够较为有效地筛选出创新性成果。建议科研评价工作重视成果的创新性、鉴别高效率的科研合作、避免性别和资历的评价导向。

Abstract:

Objective To help researchers select the most innovative works against the background of "Double First-class" construction, "Breaking Five-only" and representative work evaluation. Methods A total of 46 scientific research papers from 24 professors in the field of medicinal chemistry in C universities were screened by SVA method, and their cited amount, impact factor, periodical division and the number of authors were analyzed. Results The study found that the average citation of 46 representative works was 27.30, most of the impact factor were between 5 and 10 (47.8%), and 23 articles were published in the past five years. There was no significant difference in the amount of citation and impact factor between gender and age, and no significant correlation between the number of authors and the amount of citation and impact factor. Conclusions Therefore, SVA method can effectively screen out innovative results. It is suggested that scientific research evaluation should pay attention to the innovation of results, identify efficient scientific research cooperation, and avoid evaluation orientation of gender and seniority.
